Two Kinds Of People

In this world, there are two kinds of people. Leaders and followers. Not all people are born eladers, and not all people are born followers, some people are born neither and they are just people. Many people are happy with what they are in life, either a leader or a follower. Some people however, are unhappy with their lot in life. It takes a lot of work, a lot of training, and a nearly inhuman amount of effort to change from a follower to a leader.

What does it mean to be a follower? Well first you have to choose what and who to follow. This is often a complicated matter and sometimes leads to personal difficulties. You should try and follow an ideology that suits you as a person. What do you like? What do you hate? What makes you uncomfortable? What makes you comfortable? These are all things that have to be taken into account before you can choose.

Who do you choose to follow? That is also a very personal choice. It would be wise to choose someone who is passionate about what they do, who is intelligent, who can listen to others and help solve their problems. These are all good traits in a leader who knows what he or she is doing.

Finally, a follower means that you have to assist others who follow the same leader like yourself. Be of assistance to the group. Everyone should play a part, not just two or three people. Everyone should help, because Leaders are only human too and they can make mistakes and become tired. B e active in group activities, be helpful in group gatherings, and try and help solve group problems. This is what it means to be a follower. Being a good follower is what makes you a good leader, remember that because its the best advice your ever going to get in life.
